1. General
1. 1 General Terms and Conditions of Bikeep apply when using Services by Bikeep.
1.2 Supplemental country or city-specific (“Service Area”) terms applicable in the area where the Service is used.
1.3 The Service is using the Scooter Stations provided by Bikeep for parking personal Scooters.
1.4 On the basis of this Agreement, Bikeep grants the User the right to use the Scooter Station space for a specified period of time and to provide the Service.
1.5 Parking session is the time the Scooter is parked safely in Bikeep Scooter Station.
1.6 Bikeep offers safe parking for Scooters and does not assume responsibility for abandoned Scooters.
1.7 Bikeep does not assume responsibility for stolen or damaged Scooters.
1.8 Bikeep provides Service via contactless (RFID/NFC) card, via Mobile Application and other („Means of starting the parking session“), which is used to open a free Scooter Station space.
1.9 User is the person who concludes the Service using the Scooter Stations.
2. Parking conditions
2.1. The parking begins when the User notifies the start of parking via means of starting the parking sessions.
2.2. The Parking time ends when the User notifies the end of the parking via chosen starting method.
2.3. The User can reserve the parking place in the Scooter Station. The maximum reservation time and related fees (if any) info is shown in the Mobile App.
2.4. Bikeep, Bikeep partners have the right to remove scooters if these have been in the Scooter station for more than 7 days. In case Bikeep has removed the scooter, the owner of the scooter can get back ones scooter for handling fee of 30€ in 4 months from the removal. Please contact support@bikeep.com for retrieving the scooter. After 4 months Bikeep has the right to utilize the removed scooter.
2.5. When using Bikeep Scooter station the User is obliged to:
2.5.1.Use the Scooter station only for parking a normal-size Scooter;
2.5.2. Use the Scooter station with reason and not disturb others;
2.6. When the parking time is over, the User is obliged to pay the necessary fees (if applied) and free the Scooter Station space.
