How do I start parking?
Your employer will likely provide you access via an NFC sticker or RFID contactless card. Simply swipe to lock and unlock.
What if I have a problem with a station?
Report any issues to your building management. Admins can open your bike with admin override cards.
How secure is Bikeep compared to my own lock?
Bikeep offers significantly higher security. It locks your bike’s frame and wheel with a heavy-duty steel bar, features tamper triggered loudspeaker alam, and is typically located in access-controlled or monitored areas near your building.

How does the RFID/NFC contactless cards work?
We provide a pack of NFC stickers or RFID cards (typically 200 per order), enabling seamless access with a simple tap at the bike dock.
All cards are pre-authorized, so only your issued cards can unlock the station—ensuring maximum security.
Each parking session can only be started and ended by the same card, meaning only the cyclist who parked the bike can unlock it.

What is the typical installation time?
Installation is fast and straightforward.
Any technician can manage setup—simply fix the docks to the ground, attach the pre-assembled bike docks, and connect to grid power.
For minimal disruption in existing buildings, optional ground plates are available—no drilling or permanent anchoring required.
A typical 5–10 dock station can usually be installed in just 2 to 6 hours, depending on the ground type.
Can the system be upgraded?
For office use, Bikeep stations operate offline by default—access is managed using RFID or NFC cards and stickers. This means there are no monthly fees for station owners.
If you need advanced features, you can easily upgrade to an internet-connected station. Connected stations allow bike parking to be managed and accessed via the Bikeep app or even through third-party integrations using our API. Please note: internet-connected stations have a monthly service fee.
