Build public bike parking at the nodes of daily life
Locky Dock plans bike parking as a network at the nodes of daily life, such as libraries, supermarkets and pools. This is how to pick and rank the sites.

In January 2023 Bikeep CEO Kristjan Lind made a short visit to Hobart, the capital of Tasmania, hosted by the cycling organisation Bicycle Network. He met officials from the state government and the local council, and rode around the city with the Bicycle Network team to look at where smart bike parking docks could make a difference.
Bicycle Network pointed to a few clear candidates.
"Cities across the globe are starting to realize that over the last 100 years they have been designing environments for cars and are starting to design them for people. This will have a tremendous effect on our physical and mental health and wellbeing."
"There is not a city in the world who does not want to move towards more sustainable transportation options, question is only how fast anyone is willing to move."
Bicycle Network wrote about the visit in Is this the future of bike parking in Australia? More on bike parking for cities.
