Users authenticate with an RFID card (MIFARE, HID, LEGIC), NFC-enabled phone, transit card, or the Bikeep app via QR code. For simplified flow, Push-to-Start mode lets allowlisted cards unlock with a single tap — no app needed. Add or remove users remotely, set access schedules, and issue temporary credentials — all from the Bikeep Console.

Mount the Controller
Install the main controller in a concealed location — inside an electrical cabinet, above a ceiling, or in a utility space. DIN rail clips included for easy mounting.
Connect Devices
Run cables from the controller to RFID readers, locks, and sensors. Standard connectors — no specialized tools required. Most installations take under an hour.
Power On and Verify
The system connects automatically via the pre-installed SIM card. Test with the included RFID cards. Your infrastructure is now online in the Bikeep Console.

Set Up Access Rules
Add users, configure access schedules, and set up allowlists from the Bikeep Console. Bulk import users via CSV or manage individually.
