How to use Bikeep smart bike racks with Bikeep app:

  1. Download the BIKEEP app from Google Play or App store LINK
  2. Open the mobile app, choose the location, dock you wish to use and activate your bike rack.
  3. Lock your bike from the frame and a wheel
  4. To get your bike back you just need to end the session from the mobile app

How to use Bikeep smart bike racks with RFID card:

  1. To activate the bike dock scan your RFID card/tag on top of the dock  (DO NOT USE PHONE NFC!!!)
  2. Lock your bike from the frame and a wheel
  3. To get your bike back you just need to re-scan the same RFID card/tag
