- Download the BIKEEP app from Google Play or App store LINK
- Open the mobile app, choose the location, dock you wish to use and activate your bike rack.
- Lock your bike from the frame and a wheel
- To get your bike back you just need to end the session from the mobile app
How to use Bikeep smart bike racks with RFID card:
- To activate the bike dock scan your RFID card/tag on top of the dock (DO NOT USE PHONE NFC!!!)
- Lock your bike from the frame and a wheel
- To get your bike back you just need to re-scan the same RFID card/tag
