Reagan National Airport needed safe, organized bike and e-scooter parking plus charging without creating clutter or safety risks. Challenges included equipment durability for heavy use, charging safety in an airport environment, restricted access and limited installation windows, and maintaining continuous uptime with full accountability.

Bikeep deployed a comprehensive micromobility parking and charging solution across both terminals, metro plaza areas, and parking garages. The system offers free self-service first-come first-served access, smart charging for e-bikes and e-scooters integrated into parking infrastructure, IoT integration with Dero lockers connected to Bikeep's management platform, and airport-grade reliability with a preventive maintenance program including scheduled inspections and calibration.
