Director of Sales

Bikeep is an enabler of urban micro-mobility and provider of smart infrastructure for bike/scooter parking/charging. The company is actively expanding to foreign markets with a core focus to the US.

Bikeep is looking for a high-performing  Director of Sales to develop and lead its sales processes. The successful candidate will meet our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives will have a growth mindset, the constant need for development and is ready to grow with the company.

Responsibilities include:

Resellers

  • Deciding which resellers to onboard and level of support from Bikeep side
  • Forming sales predictions with resellers
  • Holding resellers accountable for their predictions & analyzing their results

Sales Reps

  • Working out sales process for Bikeep sales reps. & constantly measuring it
  • Holding Reps responsible for following the process
  • Analyzing reps results and proposing corrective actions

Key Customer Accounts

  • Identifying  key customer accounts and developing processes in tackling them
  • Responsibility for the success of key customer accounts

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in managing sales teams and reseller partnerships
  • Experience in international sales
  • Ability to build up and implementing sales processes
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and cooperation skills;
